The Sukabumi Regency territory that was located around 160 km from the side of Jakarta covered the area measuring 420.000 ha that was unrolled beginning with the height 0 – 2,958 m above sea level.
Mountains and the plateau dominated almost all this regency.
The plain was in the south coast, from the Ciletuh Gulf to the estuary of the Cikaso river and Cimandiri.
The Salak mountain and the Big Mountain became the nature limit with the Sukabumi Regency.
